My Personal Journey & Best Advice
I left the corporate world at 26 to discover my own path, a decision I have never regretted. After honoring my non-compete agreement in the HR, recruiting, and executive search industry, I took the risk of stepping out on my own and founded Accurate Personnel Services at 27. That decision became the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey and strengthened my confidence in trusting my own instincts and vision.
At every stage of my journey, I have learned to trust my natural intuition. In our family home, our mother encouraged us to listen to our hearts, trust our senses, and pay attention to what we felt within. That lesson has remained with me throughout my life.
Embrace life on your own terms. Have faith in your knowledge, trust your wisdom, and allow your heart to help guide the way.
Life can be crippling, undeniably painful, and at times so uncertain that simply getting up and moving forward can feel almost impossible. Yet life also gives us moments of joy, passion, love, happiness, laughter, and hope.
We cannot erase the difficult moments, but we can choose which memories we continue to strengthen. Hold tightly to the moments that gave you hope, reminded you of love, made you laugh, or helped you believe that something better was still possible. Learn from the painful moments, but do not allow them to become the only story you carry forward.
We've all heard it, and it's so true---LIFE is incredibly short. Build the belief in yourself daily, and know who you are. Trust what you feel inside. Have the courage to follow the path that feels right for you—even when others may not understand it.
You are never alone on this human journey. Your values, your senses, your intuition, and the strength of your human spirit can help guide you through uncertainty and remind you that there is always another step forward.
Trust yourself. Strengthen what gives you hope. Keep going—and remember, your human spirit is always with you.
