In my own words!
​A veteran of the employment industry, I opened my corporate recruiting firm at age 26, growing to over 200 staff members within two years. I managed the firm by welcoming workers from diverse backgrounds and experiences, including seniors and disadvantaged individuals. Her firm placed workers across all business industries and positions, from CEOs to managers, blue-collar entry, and seasoned to coordinators. Her unique business model brought significant revenue and recognition to the firm.

My intention of branching out to own my own company was due to the ongoing engagement in unethical standards and behavior in the personnel/HR department standards, which was unacceptable. One of my proudest moments was opening the second location near my home in Del Mar, California, which allowed me to bring my infant daughter to share my day in my office. There are many perks to owning the firm! :)
My company often stood out in the local press! Single mothers and fathers needing a particular work schedule, seniors looking to re-establish their careers in the workplace, and individuals finding themselves homeless found a home at APS. As a new demand for my intuitive capacity developed, I sold my firm and moved forward with my next adventure.
